Your insinuation is that the National Guard kills constantly when history tells us it's happened twice in over 40 years. By comparison, the CCP kills with relish, on a weekly if not daily basis. This particular killing was justified by the law of the land and common sense, in that the victim died after shooting his gun in their direction. Whether he meant to kill, or was just a lousy shot, we'll never know. At least a dozen bullets were fired his way, according to the reports. Therefore the police contingent, who fired ten shots in his direction were lousy shots. You shoot a gun at a phalanx of armed police and National Guard, you are asking to be killed. Death by cop we call it. In this one case, death by National Guard. For fun, point a weapon at the CCP and fire off a few rounds.
