Saudi King to Launch Local Rival to Disneyworld

King Salman is launching the construction of a massive entertainment park near read that will supposedly rival Disneyworld. Of course it will be worth several billion bucks or more but they are not saying how much exactly, only hoping to attract a lot of foreign investors. weren't they supposed to first attract the investors and then launch construction? And honestly, I can't see people flocking into a very conservative Muslim country instead of Disneyworld.
