Will SunPower's stock double in 2018?

SunPower shares surged as much as 16% in trading at the beginning of this week on little more than an analyst upgrade. Is it possible that this solar cell maker may turn its business around in 2018? Some predictions say its stock could keep the monumentum going and even double in 2018.
