"American exports of crude oil and petroleum products rose to a record 8.3 million barrels a day last week, according to U.S. government data on Wednesday. That compares with top exporter Saudi Arabia’s 9.3 million barrels a day in January, and Russia’s shipments of 7.4 million barrels a day, the bank said."

I want to be a fly on the wall wherever the Saudi decision-makers discuss their next moves.
