Everything here spells doom for PDVSA. Even the oil ministry banking on another 200,000 bpd dip by the end of the year. Already at 1.4 million bpd, another 200,000 bpd would be a huge loss.

and im not surprised even yet @Rodent i think the floor has not been reached just yet... and no light at the end of the tunnel.. im feeling so deeply hurt having been part of that once extraordinary company..

Have to wait for it to hit bottom and then rebuild. Which isn't going to be without violence, I suspect.
