$75 oil has taken Wall Street by surprise. Despite so many bulls calling it, I don't think Wall Street believed it. Bulls have been crying wolf on this for a long time. But honestly, I think it's just the geopolitics catching up to everyone. They grew numb, but the numbness is wearing off.
