I'd go with the refiners and marketers in terms of performance. The price swings don't affect them as much. But here's a look at how all the oil stocks have done through 7 May:

Hmmm, I wonder why WFT is not on the list.  My two favorites are WFT and SSOF.  I can understand SSOF not being on the list because it is a small cap but WFT....
