It is called hard work, a huge credit bubble, mountains of losses swept under the rug, fraud, theft, market share gains through subsidies. Creation of monopolies on key refined minerals or ores. There is a very high probability they can't get re-infected under normal exposure conditions (if you are in a prolonged French kiss competition with a CV19 patient it may not be sufficient immunity)
