markslawson + 1,057 ML August 4, 2020 This liquid air technology has been mentioned on this site before - I think it was this site - and I thought at the time that it was the least objectionable of all the storage options. Nothing much seems to have happened since it was last mentioned, however, and it will be 2022 before this quite small plant is brought online. It may well be more cost effective than batteries but I'm not sure that says much and a gas generator gives so many more options. Anyway, worth keeping an eye on..
