Jay McKinsey + 1,490 August 28, 2020 The U.S. Solar market has soared a solid 105.6% so far in 2020 compared with the Zacks S&P 500 Composite market’s growth of 6.5%. footeab@yahoo.com + 2,190 August 28, 2020 Did you bother to read it? Title is a blatant lie. Picked 4 stocks which do not add up to 105%, rather around 70% and even that is a lie if you average it over 1 year instead of last 2 months. Then to top it, compare to a giant composite average who cannot glibly discard stocks not performing... If his graph is ONLY of SEDG over longer than a year period then he is correct, but the other stocks, AZRE have only increased in last 2 months for a total average of 50%, Sunpower has actually LOST ground and is DOWN, yet these lying scum say up along with Jay boy... First solar another of their "darlings" is up a mere ~10%... Ah BS at its finest... but what does one expect from an "economist". Lie through their teeth by cherry picking over a VERY short time period and provide a useless meaningless graph as this has any bearing on reality....

The Zacks Solar index has 34 companies in it. https://www.zacks.com/stocks/industry-rank/stocks-in-industry.php?i=Solar-268 of which 12 are tracked for the gain he showed. Try again. Oh this is just too much fun! The delusion is strong with you! If you look very closely at the chart you will see that 5 years ago the index was at about $150 and now it is at about $260. So in the real world $260 is greater than $150, by $110. Thus the chart categorically shows solar stocks increasing by 73% from 5 years ago. Again, that is a 73% INCREASE for the last 5 years. Jay McKinsey + 1,490 August 28, 2020 This is what a falling 5 year stock index looks like: If you look very, very closely you might be able to discern the quaint difference between the charts. This chart starts out higher than it finishes up, the exact opposite of the Solar Index. This is of course the S&P Oil Index.

Still way better than any oil stock.
