Pozner spoke on the impact of US foreign policy towards Russia after the Soviet Union has been disbanded, and shared his opinions on a range of issues raised by the audience, from the alleged Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential elections, to Skripal poisoning, to the state of independent media in Russia and the US Personally, I really recommend everyone to watch this meeting with Vladimir Pozner at Yale University. He is a Russian-American journalist born in France in 1934, a longtime correspondent of American media in Russia, especially in the 1980s, when he was a regular guest on one of America's 3 most important TV stations. The last 25 years he has been one of the leading commentators in modern Russia. The guy is 84 years old at the time of recording but you can see that he is in very good shape and thanks to his many years of experience he is one of the best commentators on the above-mentioned issues. The recording itself at the invitation of Yale University is about 1.5 hours, so it is relatively long, but the ratio of 17,000 likes and 2,000 dislikes among English-speaking listeners of Yale University broadcasts, in my opinion, proves that it is worth reading.
