Well, there is a specific disease called scurvy. From Vitamin C deficiency. There is little or no Vitamin C in beef. Some of the recent converts to a paleo diet are coming down with scurvy. It's actually a fairly bad disorder.

Vitamin D3 low level could cause death if you get COVID 19. IF you have a high level you have a much higher immunity. My wife and I have been taking it for about ten years after learning about it in a seminar. Most people are deficient in D3.

Sources of vitamin D. https://www.prevention.com/food-nutrition/a20437976/foods-high-in-vitamin-d/

I don't think ignoring liberals is a good idea. They automatically head towards socialism and more government control. Case in point are the deepest Blue states. Life in California has become unbearable in all but the rural areas. Governor Newsom.  Democrats have total control of the legislature so strengthen their position by legislation such as no Republican can run for a state post if a Democrat wins a primary but the has fewer votes than a runner up Democrat. In other words two Democrats run against each other.

They also now have ballet harvesting whereby they manage to find ballots and deprive winners of the initial election.

They also increase taxes versus cutting spending so they can overpay their government employees and build bigger government.

If they are not opposed they will try to pick up citizens guns and then we will have rebellions.

That's valid, but I'm pointing to their inevitable decline phase. There are only so many liberals, which means they can only take over so many states. We clearly can't change their minds, so there's no point fighting them in the states where they have absolute control. We can, however, fight them in contested states. The best way to do this is through demographics: have more children, and raise those children correctly. That will eventually turn the tide.

Are CA et al. lost forever?  Not necessarily - but they must go through a period of failure and intense pain before they'll be ready to learn. Once the consequences of their actions are clear (or if they don't learn, the hardships they create decimate their numbers), their states can be turned conservative once again. How long will that take? I think it's going to be a generation or two. We need more people, and they need more time to sit in the corner and think about what they've done.

In the long run, solid, traditional values will win. They always do.

I would guess they haven't mechanized to the extent we have. If their demographic crisis is bad enough, they'll have the opportunity.

I'm sure JD, CNH and the others would be happy to have that market open.

What are the odds of China opening it? We've been trying to crack that nut for decades with only stolen technology and wasted money to show for it.
