Stormysaga + 62 AB May 17, 2018 Japan is considering tariffs on U.S. exports worth $409 million in retaliation against steel and aluminum import tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump. Such a move would signal Tokyo is ready to go beyond backdoor talks and pleas for exemptions from the U.S. duties. It would also add to a growing rift that Trump’s “America First” trade policies is creating among major economies, which threatens to slow global trade and business activity. Marina Schwarz + 1,576 May 22, 2018 What? When did Japan join this ass-kicking match? I've missed it. Interesting if Trump would manage to alienate every major U.S. ally in the world. He's doing a great job with the EU already.
