Tom Kirkman + 8,860 May 22, 2018 How about installing wind turbines to generate electricity to power fans that will blow sand off the solar power panels that will generate electricity so they can sell more oil & gas instead of burning hydrocarbons for generating electricity to power the air conditioners.
