Once again Maduro plays sticks and carrots with the U.S. now ordering Todd Robinson, charge d'affaire in US embassy in Caracas to leave the country in 48 hours, when he just said in recent days when he won to be open to a dialogue with the Trump administration. Definitely this wont end up well. More sanctions might come soon to Venezuela.
