Why can't this web site display the up to date current price of oil? Specifically WTI. It says there is a, 15 minute delay but yet the display price never changes throughout the day. Am I missing some setting or something to obtain the current price per bbl?

Get a TD Ameritrade account install think or swim app on your phone and type in /cl. 

 

There you have instant price.
