If anyone's wondering what's dragging down bitcoin, ethereum and the like today, it's a new DoJ investigation into price manipulation on unregulated exchanges ... both bitcoin and ethereum have lost 3 percent (or more) since this morning.

It's funny how most criticism sparked by regulatory concerns is regarding the 3rd party trading platforms...which are regulated.

What we really need are decentralized exchanges. And fast!
