There is no stability in Libya, so talking heads and oil traders worried about Libya undermining the OPEC deal can relax. This power struggle is far from over. General Haftar has just hinted he's running for election, and has called the UN-backed government obsolete.

Haftar is stronger than most anticipate, and smarter. He's the only reason there's oil flowing right now, and he will definitely seek to be rewarded for that.
