The good news is " .  .  .  and requires they be made in America."  I hope they mean including all parts ?  Letting Mercedes mfg all the parts for one of their vans/trucks in Germany and assemble them in the U.S. is not "made in America".

These same requirements should apply to any present and future grants, tax credits or beneficial tax legislation (ex. accelerated depreciation) that apply to any and all wind, solar , Hydrogen, electric vehicle development , manufacturer or their sales/purchase.
