Pipeline vs Train vs Ship to Transport Crude Oil.

It seems that such large companies use automated tracking of sales and deliveries of their product. First of all, they need to use such tools to keep track of profit or loss and, if necessary, take some action. Accounting and analysis of sales on the Internet are essential for any business. Without this data, the risk of losing your customer base, declining sales, and even complete failure increases. Nowadays, most companies have switched to special applications or platforms that build sales funnels to increase profits. I think these companies are using different tools from https://revenuegrid.com/, which help them get the data they need.

Pipelines work 24/7 and only small  interruptions.

Main disadvantage for Trains and Ships are loading and de-loading procedures which costs a lot of time at least days.

I expect fully the numbers to be challenged. Has anybody accurate data and better explanation? Regardless, bunker fuel is indeed dirty stuff, and ships do consume vast quantities, and pipelines are a cleaner, cheaper means of transport. Even if the numbers are off by a huge factor of 10, vehicles would produce say 3% of total ship+vehicle pollution. Then add coal/diesel power generation. Vehicles are indeed a small fraction of pollution from oil. But we need marine transport. So what is the solution?  A different fuel? Batteries? Atomic?

LNG fueled ships.
