GOP says Chief of Staff RON Klain (former lobbyist) is the surrogate President pulling Joe's strings. Have you watched Joe lately ? It's getting bad. We all had a good laugh on what his handlers put off as gaffes. These aren't gaffes and it's not funny anymore. It's scary. No way Joe makes it as President past end of year.
