Lots of people give a f**k.

The POTUS elect is kind of important and the ultra-rich green energy lobbyist in his ear has an agenda.

You would have to be daft to ignore what is happening.  Fact is people with power and money are buying into Tesla.  Another fact is that Trump loves money.

Yer deranged/TDS

The fact that Tesla is selling more cars doesn't have a thing to do with stocks?

You always have a choice.  Philosophers have discussed this concept centuries ago.

Other than going out of business? Mules and Horses pulling trailers of size won't work well economically, no? But you probably don't run a construction company so probably you have no understanding. Like you m8 notsosmart, probably a keyboard warrior. Just guessing..

The philosophers said that the limit of choice is suicide.

You always have a choice.  There is no such thing as "I had no choice but to do that" - you could have just killed yourself.

Choosing to nothing is also a form of choice.

The massive jump in Tesla share price lines up with the Trump victory.  They are connected events, do not kid yourself.

But yes, Tesla did report strong Q3 profits. Ensure you tell your buddy Eco that Tesla's massive success is based on strong economic fundamentals.

Thanks for accepting the reality of the green transition!  Some here say no EVs are being sold despite the evidence to the contrary.

I don't work at all. I have been retired for 6 years now.

Yes, I retired at 40, well semi-retired; dealing with the rental proprieties is a bit of a chore.

Try it.

This is literally ignoring reality.  Covering your ears and eyes to any alternative opinions is childish.

However, they do say ignorance is bliss so you must be very happy.

notsosmart, your and idiot too, I was comparing "tribes" on both continents.

When calling people an idiot do not make multiple errors in a single sentence.

You wanted to start the sentence with a capital, use the right name, "you're" not "your, "an a" not "and."

Your language is poor or too eager to attack until your point is not clear?

Can you say it one more time what do you intend to mean? "Give a person no choice is a way to force that person to commit suicide?"

What did you do before that? Invite people to buy bit coins, invest in virtual belongings that no one can cash out from??

You and Eco need to stop imaging things and just watch current reality.

The green energy company (Tesla) is recording massive profits and oil is still falling.

You need to LIVE in reality.

You might have cut yourself off from all kinds of things, including news and social activity, by retiring early? Where is your source of info? Virtual world?

Do a simple maths for me:

How many products Tesla has? Which one is making profit?

Tip:

Profit = income ( how many cars sold & paid for completely by cash) - expenses ( operational & capital investment)

SpaceX has its own account with generous payers. Not counted as Tesla.

Elon is a very lucky person. Grew up at air force base since young has shaped part of him. People like his soft, make-sense and well spoken status, despite potential negativity caused possibly by clones.

How important to be liked...

Philosophers long ago questioned if man always has a choice.  The answer is you always have some form of choice, just sometimes the options are not pleasant.

Imagine a king orders you to do something horrible or be imprisoned or killed. Some would claim the person has no choice but to obey the king but that is not true. They could choose imprisonment or death.

What I did for a living is not relevant here.

Possibly by clones?  Hahaha!

Just look at the Tesla share price.  They have a lot of investor confidence.

Er, notice the context,

"U.S. oil producer  Apache plans to cease oil production at its assets in the UK North Sea by 2030, due to the windfall tax on operators."

Less oil supplies = restricted gasoline = upward pressure on oil and gasoline prices = political repercussions.

Those darned political repercussions can be real nasty.

The fact remains they plan on ceasing oil operations.

Some theoretical political repercussions down the road don't matter now.  It's not like Apache is running for re-election.

You also fail to notice that oil and gas demand is down. There is no "upward pressure."

They're planning on in ceasing operations in the UK North Sea only. Not in the US!

You seem to miss your usual quotient of reality again...congrats.

The shutdown is entirely due to the windfall tax of the UK government.

Oil and gasoline is doing fine.

I guess you are still a sore loser over the recent election? That figures.

I have no problem.  You are the guys claiming Tesla is not making money.  I am saying they are making lots of money - try to keep up.

People like Eco say silly things like Tesla is failing despite their skyrocketing share price and oil is in great demand despite falling prices and oil operations shutting down.

It is still a shutdown of an oil operation, it is not a good sign for the industry in general.

Tesla is doing better, way better.

Tesla up 34.5% in last month.

WTI down 0.4% in last month.

Your stock pick of Occidental Petroleum is down 7.4% last over last month as well.

Clearly green energy and EVs have more investor confidence and profits than oil.

And hundreds of wells in Argentina and Suriname, Columbia, Alaska etc. You haven't a clue obviously of the rest of the worlds oil ventures.

I don't doubt hundreds of other operations are failing.  The funny thing is Eco still claims everything is fine with oil when it is clearly not.

You upvoting the Musk clones post is also humorous.

Do not attach yourself to their stupidity. - you are better than that.
