So Musk made billions today with his EV company, do you still think Trump will stop EV adoption?

His spaceships are going to get huge NASA contracts as well.

I wonder if Elon renewed his membership in his number one selling location....China

you can bet with a trade war....tarrifs and anything China made........His membership will not get renewed . Teslas are overpriced and now a tool for China to play with.

Rocky road ahead for Tesla in China...Unless you plan on stepping up and buying/importing 500,000 Teslas a year. Chinesse are very nationalistic and do not like when anyone screws with their export businesses......

We have wind farms all around central Illinois, several near me. Our prices have risen steadily ever since they began building them. Now they are trying to con me into signing up to help them pay for new ones. My charges for delivery of electricity and natural gas are about as high as the cost of the energy itself then I pay several taxes with the bill. Some of those are to help support "clean" energy. If you follow the money, the benefit always goes to the suppliers.

You have very little concept of how large corporations ramp up their profits to pay off politicians and investors. The customers are not the beneficiaries of wind farms and solar plants. Natural gas and oil are the solutions that benefits the customers.

One of my daughters in California pays over $1000 per month for air conditioning and electricity, several months of the year. California has plenty of wind and solar while repressing natural gas, and oil production and use. Coloradans are now making the same mistake.

Not happy, not bitter, I just observe.

Take note, oil prices didn't get any help from your little victory.

Meanwhile Tesla shares continue to rise.  Owning the executive branch is good for a company's fiscal forecast.

Do you deny that the owner of a large corporation paid a politician?

Wait and see what happens, it won't be what you think.

Did you see Tesla stock today?

Here is what will probably happen...good for oil producers with low costs.

https://www.cnbc.com/2024/11/06/oil-markets-future-still-uncertain-under-donald-trump-after-election-win.html

"Cole Smead, president and CEO of Smead Capital.

“If the Trump administration opens up federal leases for oil and gas, Federal lands would get 25% per barrel of revenues. You will have a lot of trouble finding an oil company that can make money at $52.50 per barrel with what they have left from a $70 barrel,” Smead said in emailed notes. “The only thing that will cause drill baby drill to happen is higher oil prices based on these margins.”

“Drill baby, drill is going to run into the energy vigilantes,” he added. “Now that equity investors in the energy business know what free cash flow looks like they won’t give it up. They will allow capital expenditures to go up over their dead body.”"

"For Smead, the outlook is bearish, as he predicts lower prices putting many producers — particularly those with higher production costs — in a less-than-ideal situation.

“The price of goods that are produced is the number one factor in America’s policies,” he said. “If you are not the low-cost producer, you should be scared.”"

Here is where the you get stuck at the big"if."

What is happening to Tesla stock yesterday and today?  It not an "if" situation.  The green energy company is making huge money RIGHT NOW.

The rest of the article spells bad news for oil industry saying they will struggle with small margins.

You just keep pulling shit outta thin air. Conspiracy that Elon and Trump will do what exactly??  As for price of oil, it is going to go down some 8-10 dollars a bbl for WTI and Brent. But this is a good thing for the consumer. I hope it goes even lower, making the EV market take a crap. In 6 months we'll see how energy plays out. Currently Argentina just hit a massive Shale field. Guyana and Suriname are ramping up and are at moment non-opec. So notsosmart is defiantly someone to emulate? You are sure starting to sound more like the moron he is.

Trump won and the stock price of Tesla immediately skyrocketed.  It is clear to see for everyone.

Oil from Guyana lift prices, about 29.50 a bbl. So West Texas wells drilled in the 70's-90's still under 32.00 a bbl. Many thousands of wells. Even the new fracking in West Texas is still below 60.00 a bbl. Average out all producing wells and they are still making a very handsome profit. Africa is next in line as they want the "black gold" buck too. My guess there are many fields on that continent that are going to be explored soon as one can civilize some of the tribes, unlike Columbia where they are getting "tapped" all up and down the piplelines. Losing alot of oil to thieves.

No forget Anwar ..... lots of oil and easy to get there.
