Yes, there are medical requirements that are not asking medical questions. The responses are "fit for work", yes no to drug test. Those are legitimate work related questions that do not tell the employer of a medical condition. Check what the scope of legal employer medical questions are. Very limited, at no time is an employer allowed to ask you about a particular medical condition or treatment status. The preponderance of employers asking these questions regarding testing masking and vaccination will result in a plethora of class action lawsuits. Since the CDC's recommendations have no power of law and its officials have no ethics guidelines prohibiting lying to the public, but the science DOES have the force of law, CDC and illegal government edicts will provide employers no legal cover.

The law allows an employer to condition a job offer on the applicant answering certain medical questions or successfully passing a medical exam, but only if all new employees in the same job have to answer the questions or take the exam.

I've undergone several medicals for employment reasons. Almost all the medical information remains private in the physician's file. They just check boxes on the employers form and sign-off on the thing.

Funny thing is the amount of examination the doctors have actually done has varied wildly.

One time I got a lazy doctor; she took my BP and signed the form saying she performed a physical and I was okay to work.

Another time I got vision, hearing, serial blood pressure checks, full body exam including a "digital exam", vaccination records check which resulted in a tetanus booster. I was not too pleased that my employer hired someone to put a finger in my bum!

There's no immunity like natural immunity. There are vaccinated people getting covid again all over the place. They tried twice to have cruise sailings ion the US, and both times they had positive covid cases in the crews who were all vaccinated. Your government hates you you appearantly and wants to control you, and appearantly not in very good physical shape as a population I'd wager. Italy had such a large die off to covid due to their older population. There's got to be underlying co-morbidities in the population for the large death count to occur.

Take note that there are already 150,000 cases of deaths documented to have been edited out of VAERS database if I got the referenced line item right (it may have been other adverse reactions as well) it is fake. There are people online documenting changes made to the VAERS entries one by one, all million of them.

i should add that some airlines are considering a vaccinated passenger ban because of the severe increase in air travel related blood clots among the vaccinated. They are also entering into emergency recruitment and training of pilots to replace those dying of blood clots while flying following a vaccination for CV19.

This is going to be a major crimes against humanity case against the vaccine makers and promoters, particularly politicians and government officials, public health authorities, and the social media and MSM that suppressed information on HCQ and other cures. Let's see who Fauci throws under the bus when his time comes up.

MSM ratings continue to plunge as some former stars are readily beaten by videos of otters escaping a popcorn machine. Not to speak of "truthers" negating the MSM narratives. Latest antibody data is positive news - here's why

At 10.33 we told you about the latest ONS data which shows that more than eight in 10 people in the UK are likely to have antibodies.

Professor Paul Hunter, professor in Medicine at UEA, has explained why this is such positive news.

He said: "The most obvious findings are that in all the age groups over 34 for England the modelled percentage of people with antibodies is over 90% and in the 60 to 79 age groups it is over 95%.

"This is remarkably high rate and most of this will be due to the impact of vaccine.

"What is perhaps even more reassuring is that in the rate of people aged 25 to 34 is 69% and aged 16 to 24 is 56%.

"Given than vaccination has only been offered to all adults in the past few days much of the 16 to 24 age group will have acquired their antibodies from natural infection, only 25% of this group has had a single dose vaccine by the 10th June and somewhat fewer of those would have had their dose long enough ago to have generated antibodies.

"Whilst immunity to COVID infection is not guaranteed in people with antibodies the presence of antibody is strongly correlated with at least some degree of protection. So this is very good news, even for younger age groups in that a substantial proportion (probably even the majority) of those younger age groups already have some degree of protection."

President Joe Biden didn’t just announce a Covid-19 vaccine mandate on companies employing 100 or more people, he plans to enforce it.

On Saturday, Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s House quietly tucked an enforcement mechanism into their $3.5 trillion “reconciliation” bill, passed it out of the Budget Committee, and sent it to the House floor.

Buried on page 168 of the House Democrats’ 2,465-page mega bill is a tenfold increase in fines for employers that “willfully,” “repeatedly,” or even seriously violate a section of labor law that deals with hazards, death, or serious physical harm to their employees.

The increased fines on employers could run as high as $70,000 for serious infractions, and $700,000 for willful or repeated violations—almost three-quarters of a million dollars for each fine. If enacted into law, vax enforcement could bankrupt non-compliant companies even more quickly than the $14,000 OSHA fine anticipated under Biden’s announced mandate…

…OSHA has already published a rule this year claiming Covid-19 is a workplace hazard, and the agency is using this provision of law to assert and enforce its authority.
