From the Fascism Are Us. https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2021/01/20/executive-order-protecting-public-health-and-environment-and-restoring-science-to-tackle-climate-crisis/ Section 1. Policy. Our Nation has an abiding commitment to empower our workers and communities; promote and protect our public health and the environment; and conserve our national treasures and monuments, places that secure our national memory. "Where the Federal Government has failed to meet that commitment in the past, it must advance environmental justice." Over 200 yrs of history up in smoke?...I think not.

The overreach is in flaring. But to your point it is better to drill in rural/wilderness areas than near housing which should be illegal. Politicians find it easier to poison citizens than wildlife. Very weird.

I just watched the court systems shut down almost all of the requests by lawsuits to investigate election cheating in the presidential election. They didn't even seem concerned about the allegations or all the information that was given them. I vote for judges by their support of the constitution of the United States and the States themselves. Edited June 17, 2021 by ronwagn spelling

They are blatantly illegal, unconstitutional, violate equal protections, violate full faith and credit as the Feds do not have authority to take back signed leases, even if they claim they do. Those are Federal liabilities covered by that legal requirement. We shall see about the pipeline decisions so far. May be reversed if presented properly.
