The overreach is in flaring. But to your point it is better to drill in rural/wilderness areas than near housing which should be illegal. Politicians find it easier to poison citizens than wildlife. Very weird.

I just watched the court systems shut down almost all of the requests by lawsuits to investigate election cheating in the presidential election. They didn't even seem concerned about the allegations or all the information that was given them. I vote for judges by their support of the constitution of the United States and the States themselves.

Biden's EOs are easy fodder for overturning. They are blatantly illegal, unconstitutional, violate equal protections, violate full faith and credit as the Feds do not have authority to take back signed leases, even if they claim they do. Those are Federal liabilities covered by that legal requirement. 

We shall see about the pipeline decisions so far. May be reversed if presented properly.
