Look at your keyboard - the dot and the slash are next to each other, and the article clearly states 5.4%. That said, I would expect India to be a major winner in the push by mideast oil exporters to replace markets lost in N. America and to areas now being supplied by the US and Canada - India is the closest major market, and unlike Europe there is no pesky Suez canal or overland pipelines through Turkey or the Levant that have to be negotiated - just a short straight tanker run from the red sea or the suez canal.
