Iraq's oil pipeline now complete as of April, which brings the oil to its southern ports, and now Iraq is looking to build up a fleet of its own tankers to sell oil on an on-delivered basis.

For me Iraq is the real wild card of the OPEC dynamics and the arab geopolitics. Definitely Russia's role and also China's and what Saudi Arabia is trying to do in its efforts to shy away shiite influence from Iraq is really interesting.
