Did China cherry-pick the factors that affected the economic slow-down?

China released its growth figures for the third quarter, Q3, admitting its economy slowed down more than it expected, citing four reasons for the decline.

China, however, wilfully ignored a few more factors that must have played their role in the situation.

Although the world’s second-largest economy admitted the power outages as one of the main causes, it does not look at the dynamics that led to serious problem, which spilled over to the rest of the world gradually on China’s watch.

China will never let an opportunity to exploit anything that it can Lie, Cheat and Steal! China will do anything and everything to get ahead to be the world's leading and dominant force in the world! 

We should have never allowed them into the WTO or NATO, and the Pacific trade group they are trying to get into should SLAM THE FUCKING DOOR on them.

The importance is to lessen China's load by removing their production to their neighbors who are not spreading biological warfare and threatening everyone near them.
