My view is that prices are chaotic at present.

Wait a couple of hours and it will change with the latest headline.  I remember how fast it went up to $42/barrel in late 79 and how fast it went down to $10.50  in 85. I can remember 10 cent/gallon gasoline too.   Paid 22 cent/gal in college.  26 cents  if I wanted premium.
