Kate Turlington + 44 KT June 14, 2018 I think there is a wind of change here. It's happening a lot in Africa right now, too. What African governments view as Western arrogance (mostly in reference to Canadian and US companies) is being written out of mining codes, which is largely going to favor the Chinese, even though the Chinese are not necessarily concerned about the environment.
