Is it me or is Argentina's energy policy a little bit hectic? They were all for foreign investments, tax incentives, the lot, now, apparently, they've capped the selling price of oil to refineries. Thoughts?

Let's just take in mind that YPF is one of the most mismanaged enterprises on this planet, instead of buying the machinery they need they decide to do bilateral agreements with foreign oil companies, that wouldn't be a problem if YPF decided to get part of their agreement money, the thing is -it doesn't-
