Barron's top oil picks right now are Concho Resources, Pioneer Natural Resources and Chesapeake Energy--all performing well this week.

PXD up a bit today ... but I think there will be some decent momentum here. Not really for day-trading.

I think PXD is my least favorite here. Its valuation is too high.

Chesapeake is the better target here. UP over 2% today so far, and I think it'll make a good run for value investors. Super cheap stock.
