SunPower's CEO has told Reuters the glut following China's change in solar subsidy rules has benefited buyers of PV panels. So, Trump slams 30% tariffs on Chinese PV panel imports. China realizes this won't help with the subsidy bill it already has and slams the door on local PV makers. A glut of already made panels follows as does a price slump. US panel buyers rejoice. Or?
