This clown parked in front of a hydrant restricted zone instead of leaving the required fifteen feet. So the firemen busted in his windows and passed their five-inch line right through the car. They are notorious for doing this, as it seriously pisses them off when someone parks in front of a hydrant. Also, you can anticipate that the firemen will be careful to fill the car interior up with water as they disconnect. Judging by the marker plate, this was in New Jersey. People in NJ do that all the time (park in front of hydrants). Don't ever do this! I was on a fire dept as a volunteer for years; I never, ever did this, I would pass the hose over the motor hood, but in this specific extreme case it looks like there was not enough flex room to make a turn to the front or back. Bad move, motorist!
