You need to understand that the market price is not some media sugar coating.

The stock price is not reported by Tesla man - it is what people are buying it at.

Real numbers, not speculation.

There was a case many years ago when tesla stock was at $400++. People would like to cash out. There was an immediate annoucement to deny selling of Tesla shares believing it was a purposeful short action.

Imagine your position as a general trader. You intended to sell because you need the money to buy food, not playing short game or such. The deny was posting detrimental impact to the general public who knew Tesla shares would rise. They bought in at initial price offering. Should they able to sell, lock down would be a breeze of walk for them. But it was not.

But on the other hand, imagine the initial price offered was at $1. Tendative selling price was $401. The gain if One purchased

a) 100 shares = $40, 000

b) 1000 shares = $400,000

c) 10,000 shares = $ 4 million

And if 100,000 people purchased 10,000 shares, the total payout from tesla would be $4 million x 100,000 people

=$ 400 billion?

Alasss...... The revenue was only $ 25 b and cash = $2.7 b.

Someone might need to take a look quickly on how to salvage the condition, in order to be fair to those who trusted him, before his salary is paid in tesla shares. 'o' 'n'

Rob you are off again...try and control yourself.

Give us something of substance. If you can.

Bwahahaha like you always do?

You never back up your BS statements.

Talingspond has got your number and routinely makes you look daft when you start contradicting your own initial comments.

Its comedy genius, but you dont even realise youre doing it!

Mark are you paying attention...........You know the Chinese are setting their sights on the Australian market now

oh my it looks like the Clunker new vehicle car market in the largest car market in the world is toast......Production is now at 17 million EV/PHEVs a year  rate in the last month in China..........Will not be long before they are setting up shop in all corners of the globe. It took them just 4 years to go from an all Clunker/ICE vehicle market to an All EV/PHEV market...........

Good job electing the owner of a EV company.

The future of EVs is very bright.  The people of the US - not so bright.

Oil prices falling fast.

Just out of curiosity, if one were to move to Canada, where would you recommend? Asking for a friend.

Musk spending $75M+ on Trump was well worth it!

Musk made literally billions today and now runs the country.  NASA funding to his spaceships will also drastically increase.

Fools!

do you think anyone jumping on the Tesla stock today thought out the implications of the Tarrif the crap out of China made goods.........Teslas number one car market is in China..........And where does Tesla get its batteries from...............

will be fun to watch to see who wins .....Tesla will be used as a pawn.............China will not treat Tesla as a partner if tarrifs are placed  on China imports into the US

Yes, Tesla relies on Chinese companies for a large portion of its battery supply chain:

  • Battery materials: Chinese companies supply nearly 40% of the materials for Tesla's batteries. Some of Tesla's key suppliers include Ganfeng Lithium, Novoray, and Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt.

  • Battery manufacturers: Tesla receives batteries from several Chinese manufacturers, including:
    • CATL: Has been supplying LFP batteries to Tesla's Shanghai plant since 2020.

    • BYD: Supplies Tesla with the Blade battery, a less bulky LFP battery, for some of its European models. BYD is also working with Tesla on battery energy storage systems (BESS) in China.

Anyone who bought yesterday and sold today was doing well. Anyone buying near close today is gambling.

buying into a company that has a leader who loves to play with politics and fire is dangerous.......especially a stock that does not pay dividends............The Stock price today .....all on future growth and does anyone think Tesla can compete head on with the low cost EVs out of China today??????.. Future growth of Tesla ????????? Remember what has happened to My Pillow Man........
My Pillow Man became too political and lost half of his buyers.....Bankruptcy

Has Tesla ever paid dividends?

Tesla has never declared dividends on our common stock. We intend on retaining all future earnings to finance future growth and therefore, do not anticipate paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable future.

Rob, you are way off target.

You just run and hide from any meaningful conversation. Which is how your person lost the election this week.

Truly pathetic. I will continue to give you data on the meltdown in European EV sales.

Enjoy!

You think that is how elections work?  Forum posts?

Anyways, you personally dodge questions all the time.  You still haven't answered my question about what forms of pollution you would accept regulating.
