South Korea apparently seized a ship illegally transferring oil to North Korea, and it was a Hong Kong-registered ship ...

But keep in mind that this ship was seized back in November. It's just coming out now because it's convenient.

I don't think this really indicates things are 'heating up' between North and South. Again, this happened over a month ago, and I think it's actually the illegal shipment that was caught on satellite that media is now referring to.
