hello am a newbie, what brought me here was i was looking for more information on current oil/diesel prices, i recently got in contact with a few Russian suppliers for EN590 10ppm their prices were just fishy ranging from $250-$370 per MT which got me a bit worried. Tried contacting their Ministry of Energy for some price lists but nothing I was hoping to find someone with knowledge of current prices of diesel & oil and some tips to avoid being scammed by fraudsters
