Tom Kirkman + 8,860 October 19, 2018 There have been almost no new oil & gas projects over here in Southeast Asia for the last few years. Time to play catch-up.

My naive expectation would be a slow ramp correlated with the price of oil, but it seems there are other variables at play. Low oil prices. Everyone in the oil industry got bit so dang hard during the last oil price crash a few years ago, that nobody wanted to risk venturing into new projects with bad or negative cash flow. Now, with oil bulls chomping at the bit and media pundits promoting dancing fairies of $100 oil again, head honchos are getting greedy again and prolly dreaming about getting a big fat bonus for putting a juicy new project on the grill to feast on. Just my opinion, your mileage may vary.
