Russia's oil production, according to Reuters, hit an average output of 10.98 million bpd in 2018--a 30-year high, despite its pact with OPEC.

2016 average bpd: 10.96 million

2015 average bpd: 10.72 million

nice of them to agree to this "cut" which everyone was saying wasn't really a cut since the production figures they were using to base the cuts on (october 2016) was already at a high.
