So, NG is cheaper in Texas and North Dakota? And, I have to move there and I only have to install some infrastructure to deliver said cheap gas? If gas is "~free" there, please show us a residential NG bill, from someone who lives in those states. with a "~free" charge for energy. The air, and the sunlight, carry no billing, at all.
