Would have to dig deeper to verify, but the latest generation LNG Volvo Truck claims 95% less NOx than current diesel.

Which begs the question - why oh why isn't there more effort to convert heavy freight & passenger vehicles to Gas?

When I lived in Perth the Gas powered buses were brilliant - no ghastly diesel exhaust
