Russia can survive with lower oil prices than Saudis

Kuwait officials are talking about the OPEC deal exit strategy again, this time pointing out that Russia can balance its budget with much lower oil prices than the Saudis need, hence Russia being the one so much more interested in the exit strategy.

yeah, I think the Saudis are in a lot more trouble than everyone assumes. Otherwise they wouldn't have had to start arresting people and seizing assets to get cash.
