jose chalhoub + 388 November 24, 2018 Brazil's newly elected president Jair Bolsonaro just announced new director of PETROBRAS, Eduardo Castelo Branco, former member of Brazil's central bank and apparently well received by the markets this news. Now the issue will be if PETROBRAS will be completely privatised or if on the contrary partially privatised, after the whole mess the massive corruption left under the Lava Jato scheme crashing the oil company and impacting on its oil operations in some ways. Also will be important to watch the coming process of bids, Brazil's oil deals with China, its ethanol projects and production and many other critical issues regarding brazilian energy sector, in a moment of definitely interesting changes in the south american geopolitical landscape of oil and gas, where Mexico Venezuela Guyana and Colombia are the only ones to track as they are poised to important developments in 2019 and beyond. JunoTen + 118 ZF November 24, 2018 This is a good move. Hopefully this new president will privatize the whole oil industry and free the economy of Brazil.
