The article comes from CNBC,  so consider the source.

According to the article,  they are saying they are NOT leaving because of the Saudi's.

I find that hard to believe.

However,  if they are "really" quitting OPEC,  why not do it NOW ?

Why wait until 1/1/2019 ?

I wonder if this is a ploy to get concessions designed to convince Qatar to stay in OPEC.
