Ok.

I'm confused.

What rising oil prices ?

All i see are lower prices.

I paid only $1.98 per gallon the other day.

It was $2.89 per gallon where i live when Trump was elected.

It has been several days since the OPEC "cut",  and the price is pretty much the same,  up by only $1.77 per barrel.

I expect it to go back down in a few days.

But, what do i know.
