Owing to this aim, development of the world look the same. Culture of copying or imitation has been applied. Proof: Germany has less than 10-12% of green left before decades of reforestation. So are Netherlands and Denmark. 70-90% of the world has range of green coverage from ZERO to 20+%.

Together with conglomerate developers from Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Aryan, third- fourth- fifth reich who are leading this uniform initiative and its members should have all their wealth frozen. Shall evidence is suffice, these wealth should be consficated to compensate the world for unintended consequences like flash flood, draught, frequent hurricane, frequent forest fire, lose of fishery yield etc happen due to their effort.

Utility company of a country, RunHell, should have all assets of its owners, family, relatives and friends frozen. Reasons:

1. The company fails to protect rivers, reservoirs, pipelines supplying clean drinking water to household.

2. They allow development projects beyond their capacity to meet the need, using useless/ compromised EIA reports, and transfer their costs of mismanagement unfairly onto consumers.

If all evidence gathered, frozen assets, local and overseas, should be consficated to pay for the costs of protecting sources of water, pipelines, maintenance etc. Ownership should be changed for recurrent malpractices  incurred.
