Without any doubt, 2019 will be a crossroad for many Latin American countries. Let’s paraphrase Shakespeare and Hamlet: To be, or not to be? Domino effect or step forward? A few hot fields from 2018 which could determinate next year:

-More smoke than fire in Brazil as President Jair Bolsonaro struggles to manage Congress and his programme falls short of many investors’ high expectations
-Full speed ahead in Mexico as President Andrés Manuel López Obrador gets into his stride, for better or for worse
-A better year for Argentina’s economy (the coming harvest looks to be a bumper one)
-Continuing economic and political drift in Colombia
-An ever-worsening situation in Venezuela as oil production falls and more Venezuelans leave the country

And his successor, Nicolas Maduro further pursued socialism that led to the economic breakdown the country... 2019 could be worse than 2018..

Colombia still have Rebels, Guerrillas, they are operating in Colombia. Why? Maybe because of the economy of the country is based on drugs, without the drug trade, Colombia would collapse as Venezuela has on their oil trade.

The common denominator for Latin American countries is corruption. The economy will not grow with the level of corruption. Just strong and good economy could strengthen the judiciary, police and hence corruption will goes down....
