Total Fines for bribes it paid to secure south pars

.... you know I should not take pleasure in this but here it is.

Total pays to bribe officials to secure rights to South Pars project in Iran.

US sanctions Iran, and Total can no longer continue with the project.

French court fines Total for bribing officials and is ordered to pay another half mill. 

So it has project costs, bribery costs, and now costs for the bribery costs...FOR A PROJECT IT NO LONGER HAS A PIECE OF.
