Per Bloomberg: Oil supertankers are the 'biggest victims' of the OPEC cuts deal. Cargoes from the Middle East to Asia are down, and supertankers reportedly saw their earnings plunge in 2017 by more than half.

And the extra bite is that this is all happening when (also per bloomberg), all those shiny new supertankers everyone ordered when oil was at $100 are now being delivered ...
